Environmentally and lake friendly: In this time of growing concern about the effects of fertilizer run-off on streams and rivers, lakes and ponds and on aquifers, we are very pleased to have been able to formulate fertilizers which do not tend to either leach nor run off. We have even been able to formulate Renaissance ® 6-0-6, a low phosphorous fertilizer for areas concerned about excess phosphorous migrating into lakes. Because these fertilizers are granular, they are stable and slow release. This means even lakeshore homeowners can use them without polluting the lake.
